Purpose
This table serves as a primary source for locational and assessment information in the LOJIC GIS; may be related with LOJIC digital property map database using LRSN.
Description
Copy of the PVA CAMA database of property description, location, deed transfer, address, ownership and assessment data.

Whether the property record address has a 1/2 designation (found on duplex addresses)
The last reassessment reported for the property. This information may be moved into PRIOR_REASON if the information remains static until the next reassessment roll date (see Real Estate Computer Codes for description)
The last reassessment year reported for the property record.
Whether the property record is found within the jurisdiction Anchorage School Distric (A).
The mobile video picture number of the property record's parcel.
The mobile video frame grouping number that contains the property record. Each grouping is on one disk.
The last reassessment reported for the proprty where a notice has been printed and sent to the certified owner. This information may be moved into PRIOR_REASON if the information remains static until the next reassessment roll date (see Real Estate Computer Codes for description)
