Registration Policy:
Registrations must be received at least 10 days prior to the starting date of the class. Payment for class fees must be sent with registration form. (Check may payable to MSD)
Cancellation Policy:
If you have enrolled and are later unable to attend the class, you must fax, phone in, or e-mail your cancellation at least 5 working days before the class start date. Failure to follow this policy will result in your agency being charged for the full cost of the class.
