All files labeled with the  symbol can be downloaded to your computer in Portable Document Format (PDF). You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to read these documents. Many computers come pre-loaded with Reader and will work with no additional software. Keep in mind that many common download problems can be circumvented by using the most recent version of Acrobat Reader so if your computer is not brand new, you wish to consider upgrading.
The most recent version of Acrobat Reader is available free on the web. After you have downloaded and installed the software, simply click on the document you want, and in a short while, you will have the full report on your desktop.
