Popup Window Blocking Software must be turned off to use the Interactive Maps.
To view the geographic coordinates (Kentucky State Plane, North Zone) of the cursor in the interactive maps, you need to set the following settings on your internet browser. For Internet Explorer 7: Go Tools>Internet Options>Security tab. Click on the Internet zone and then click on the Custom Level... button. Scroll down to the Scripting section and enable the "Allow status bar updates via script" option.
For Firefox: Go to Tools>Options>Contents tab. Click on the Advanced ... button in the upper box across from the Enable Javascript option. In the Advanced Javascript Settings window, check on the Change status bar text option.
To see the imagery scroll down to the bottom of the theme list, click off the zoning layer and click on the imagery layer. If cannot see the imagery theme at all, your display resolution is set too high. Set it 1024 x 768 or less to see all the themes.
When entering an apartment or condo address, the address information is connected to a property or parcel and not to the exact geographical location of the apartment or condo on a property or parcel.
Printing Tips:
- Make sure you have Pop up or ad blocking software turned off or disabled.
- Enable your browser cache (temporary internet files) and make sure it is at least 1MB in size.
- Make sure your browser can check cache automatically. Refer to your browser help for instructions
- Set the printer option to landscape mode.
- In your browser Page Setup make sure all your printer margins no larger than 0.4 to accommodate the map layout size (9.75"x7.2").
