I cannot see the Search bar or other major features of the Online Map?
When enhancements are made to the map, you will need to delete temporary browser files or clear the browser cache to see the features with the enhancements. In Internet Explorer, the Preserve Favorites website data options must be checked off. Click HERE to learn how to do that.
Why can't I right click on on the Print Review map and save it as an image anymore?
The current version of the internet software we use does not allow this. However, we hope that future versions of this software will allow this function to return.
In the mean time, look for free screen capture software to use to capture an image of the map and paste it into word processor software. If you are using Windows 7, use the Snipping Tool in the Accessories.

If a Adobe PDF print driver is on your computer, select that as your printer to create a pdf.
Why can't I see the property lines and text when I print even though they are visible in the map session?
The size of the map window determines the scale used in the print preview. A large map window could cause the print preview to go to a smaller scale causing property text and lines to not appear due to scale thresholds set on those layers.
Why can't I see the property lines?
They are visible in the map at Level 5 or 1 inch = 800 feet scale and greater.
Why can't I see the property text?
Like the Standard Information Map, you must turn on the Property Text. Click on the Labels button in the upper right corner of the map and check on the labels you need. The Property Text is visible in the map at Level 3 or 1 inch = 200 feet scale and greater.
Why can't I see all the labels?
The Table of Contents (TOC) can block some of the map feature labels. Close the TOC to see all the labels.
In the Print Preview Window, why can't I see the pushpin for my selected address or the parcel outline of my selected parcel?
This only occurs if you are using Internet Explorer. These are viewable if you use Firefox or Chrome.
When I enter a apartment or condo address, why doesn't it go to the exact location of the apartment or condo on the property?
The address information is placed within its correct parcel but not necessarily at the correct location within the parcel. This is especially true for multiple story apartment buildings.
