One of LOJIC's most useful data layers is the geocoded street centerline layer. This product contains a suite of data layers making it a useful tool for a variety of applications from creating time efficient routes to quickly finding the location of individual addresses.
The street centerline data package has the following characteristics:
- The data package includes the following data:
- The areal extent is Jefferson County.
- The data package comes on one compact disk recordable (CDR).
- The data package can be updated semiannually.
- The data layers are available in the following formats:
- ArcInfo Coverages, Shapefiles and Import/Export (.e00) files
- AutoCAD DXF files.
- The data layers are copyrighted by MSD and the Louisville Water Company and cannot be reproduced, copied or distributed without permission. Therefore, the data cannot be published, resold, or "value-added" and cannot be made available to third parties.
Address and Street Centerline Information is updated daily for viewing on the LOJIC Standard Information Interactive Map and the Geodetic Control Interactive Map.
