Fire district number that contains and services the property record

Whether the city containing the property record has a fifth or sixth class city designation (Y or N)

The property record's street address direction (i.e. N, S, NW, etc.)

Name of the property record's street

Type of street the property record located (i.e. RD, HWY, St, etc.)

Whether the property record address has a 1/2 designation (found on duplex addresses)

The last reassessment reported for the property.  This information may be moved into PRIOR_REASON if the information remains static until the next reassessment roll date (see Real Estate Computer Codes for description)

The last reassessment year reported for the property record.

Whether the property record is found within the jurisdiction Anchorage School Distric (A).

The mobile video picture number of the property record's parcel.

The mobile video frame grouping number that contains the property record.  Each grouping is on one disk.

The last reassessment reported for the proprty where a notice has been printed and sent to the certified owner.  This information may be moved into PRIOR_REASON if the information remains static until the next reassessment roll date (see Real Estate Computer Codes for description)

The last reassessment year reported for the property record where a notice has been printed and sent to the certified owner been printed and sent to the certified owner

Reassessment record related to the year prior to the last reassessment roll date.  This information will either be deleted at the next reassessment roll, or retained in the reassessment record item called OLDEST_REASON.  (see Real Estate Computer Codes for description)

Refers to the type of legal transfer of property that has occurred for the first transaction on record (see Real Estate Computer Codes for description)

Determines whether or not the parcel in the first transaction on record was used in analysis for the state (see Real Estate Computer Codes for description)

Property record's PVA residential assessment neighborhood ID  00 to 100 - Commercial 101 to 619 - Residential

The Parcel ID of the property from which the current property record was derived.  This may have occurred from a property merger (consolidation), split, or through subdivision development

The Parcel ID of a historical parcel that was merged or consolidated into the current property record

The last name of the property record's owner proposed after the last tax certification date

The first name of the property record's owner proposed after the last tax certification date

Name continuation of the property record's owner proposed after the last tax certification date

The property record's owners address proposed after the last tax certification date

Address continuation of the property record's owner proposed after the last tax certification date
