Process description:
During the sewer conversion project, sewer facilities were manually transcribed from engineering record drawings onto PTD manuscript maps. These facilities were then digitized on screen using the IMSARC application. Now that the sewer conversion project is complete, the built sanitary construction plans are used to digitize the graphics on screen. All arcs and nodes are pulled from the arcstorm database and are included in this layer.
