HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE INTERACTIVE MAPS?
Attention: The LOJIC Development Tool (the green "i" button
found on the Standard Information Interactive Map) has been
sporadically reporting incorrect information. Every property or address has a Zoning Code, but on occasion, the Development Tool will return an "UNKNOWN" for this and other spatial data. LOJIC staff is researching this problem and will have a fix as soon as possible.
When I click on one of the Map Toolbar buttons like the Print button , the map goes back to the county wide extent?
You have popup or ad blocking software or functions turned on. All popup or ad blocking must be turned off in order to use all LOJIC Interactive Maps. Look for this setting in your internet browser software, Google or Yahoo toolbar, antivirus software or some other special popup or ad blocking software you may have loaded on your machine.
After you turn the function off, delete all temporary internet files or cache using your internet brower software. For Internet Explorer 7, go to Tools>Internet Options> General tab> Browsing History section, Delete button>Temporary Internet Files section, Delete button. We recommend that in the Browsing History section, Settings button, select the "Every time I start Internet Explorer", in the "Check of newer version of stored pages section."
